TerraSonde provides repair and calibration service for any product that we have made and sold. This includes all of the Audio Toolbox (black plastic), Audio Toolbox Plus (metal chassis), and Digital Audio Toolbox.

Costs for some common services are:

Re-calibration and certification of any Audio Toolbox or Audio Toolbox Plus: $175.00.
This service includes updating the firmware to current firmware.

Replace lead-acid battery system in the Audio Toolbox Plus: $99.95.
These batteries will last from 3 months to 3 years, depending the usage patterns. Leaving them in a state of discharge will cause earlier demise of these batteries. As they start to get bad, they only hold a charge for a few minutes, then they can start to affect the operation of the unit and results, and finally they turn into resistors and prevent the Toolbox from booting.

Basic repair costs start at $100 for other services.
